Orders
Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. You will then receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your order in transit.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. In urgent cases, please contact us as soon as possible using the contact form or call us at 1 (888) 854-1457. Please include the order number and a detailed message including the change request in your message.
Creating an account will help you checkout faster, access and view your order invoice history.
Shipping
All orders over 100$ include free shipping within Canada.
All orders are processed & shipped within 1 business day.
Typically, orders will arrive within 7 business days. Please be advised that due to the current global situation, orders may be delayed out of our control.
If you placed an order for more than 1 item, for example a desk frame and a desk top, it is fairly common that the items become separated while in transit. If you don’t receive an item in your order, it will likely arrive within 3 business days from your first delivery. If you have any further questions concerning your order, please contact us.
It is very important that you take photos of the packaging and the damaged items. Please contact us with your order number, photos, and any additional details and we will get in touch with you as soon as possible.
IMPORTANT: Please keep the product’s original box and all packaging, even if it is damaged.
Assembly
Every product includes a printed copy of the assembly instructions. You can also download a PDF copy of the assembly instructions for your specific product from our Assembly Instructions page.

An Allen wrench is required & included in the hardware pack that comes with your desk. You will also need a Phillips screwdriver to attach the frame to your top.
No power tools are required to assemble your desk, but a drill driver will make it easier.
If you have any questions about assembling your desk, please contact us at 1 (888) 854-1457 & we will happily assist you.
Our tops do not come with pre-drilled holes, however, the only tool you will need to secure your top to your frame is a Phillips screwdriver using the provided screws. A drill driver will make the process easier, however it is not required.

Returns
The product must be returned within the 30-day trial period, which begins from the date your order is delivered.
We provide a 30-day trial on all our desks with free return shipping. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
IMPORTANT: In order for us to process a refund on any product, you must have the original box and packaging materials.
